Q: How will I know that you received my order?
A:
If you provided a valid email address, a confirmation email will be sent at the time of shipment that will include a
tracking number so you may track the shipment.
Q: Do I have to get a credit check to sign up?
A: We do not do a credit check. Instead, we complete a credit verification just to
match your name, address, and phone number to the information you provided.
Q: Will I need to activate my phone?
A: Yes, when you receive your phone, you will need to call in to activate it.
Your phone will be working within 3 hours of activation.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No, you do not sign any contract. You may cancel at any time.
Q: How do I make International calls?
A: International dialing is blocked by default. If you are roaming, however,
the block may not work and if you attempt to make an International call at that time, you will be charged our current
rate to the destination.
Q: How do I contact Customer Service?
A: To contact our Customer Service Department you may dial 1.877.599.3087. If placing the
call on your wireless phone, your call will use your available plan minutes or incur per minute charges if you have used all
your plan minutes.
Q: Can I use my old cell phone with this service?
A: At this time, the only phone compatible with our network is the LG VX5500 model,
which must be purchased from PowerNet Global.
Q: What happens if my phone is lost or stolen?
A: If you lose your LG VX5500 phone or it's stolen, contact our Customer Service
Department immediately so we may deactivate the phone and suspend your service. If you would like to continue service,
you must purchase a new phone from PowerNet Global.
